Obv. 7 Star Positions: [S7+1(1)_S8(5)_S13(0)_S1(4)]

Date is 8.25 mm. and 8 leans sharply to right. Stand of 2 is thin, nearly broken where it joins a comparatively thick base and a curl that has a short sharp point. Upper curl 2 points toward star 10. Star 13 is 0.5 mm. from curl.

50 C. is 1.5 mm. I is directly under junction of AT of STATES. A's in legend seem extra large. Letters in legend seem large with TAT, AMERI and CA all very close at bases. A-A is 0.25 mm.
