Date is 9.5 mm. with 81 slightly closer than 18 or 11. The 8 in date is recut inside lower loop. Last 1 is recut at upper serif. Tiny center dot on neck.

Rev. D Scroll Diagnostics: [IT+3, BEM(2.5, 0)]

50 C. is 2.25 mm. TE in STATES is joined at top. A patch of small die defect lumps on upper crossbars just left of center. Upper crossbar cut boldly into right wing for nearly 2 full mm. Center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. Arrowheads separated. A-A is slightly over 0.5(-) mm.
