Date is 9.0 mm. Stars are all large and very close to milling. Star 13 is 0.75 mm. from curl.

50 C. is 2.0 mm. and low, with a curled top and large round loop to 5. Upper serif of C is recut. Late die states show die defect lines joining top and bottom of TE in STATES and base of A-A. A-A is 0.75 mm.
