Date is 7.75 mm. and low. Stars all clear of milling. Stars 1 and 13 are very close to bust and curl. Prominent center dot on neck.
Rev. C Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-0, BEM(2, 1)]
50 C. is 2.0 mm. Left serifs of all E's and right serifs of all A's are missing. Triple segments in milling below left pair of olive leaves. A-A is 1.0 mm. Same reverse used as 1820 O.107.
