Date is 8.0 mm. Stars 1 and 8 each are only 0.5 mm. from drapery and cap. NO DIE CRACKS [R3].

Rev. L Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-4, BEM(0, 1)]

50 C. is 2.25 mm. Base of RI in AMERICA nearly touch and R has a thick heavy base that is higher than base of I. ME also nearly touch. ATE with low T. Inside right serifs of A1 and A3 are missing. No center dot. A-A is slightly less than 0.5 mm.
