Date is 8.5 mm. with base of second 2 even, but much heavier than base of first 2. So-called 2 over 1. Small rough lumps between upper inside points of star 12. Late die state shows cracks at date and stars 12 and 13.

Rev. B Scroll Diagnostics: [IT+1, BEM(.5, 2.5)]

50 C. is 1.75 mm. Left sides of D in UNITED and E of scroll in line. Large center dot between lines 4 and 5. A-A is 0.75 mm.
