Obv. 12 Star Positions: [S7-1(0)_S8(4)_S13(4)_S1(4)]

Date is 8.0 mm. with 5 tipped sharply to left and sharp points on curl and serif at 2. 1 shows recutting by the small sharp bar just to right of base, but not connected. Star 13 is 0.25 mm. from bottom of curl. NO DIE CRACKS [R2].

Rev. N Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-1, BEM(1, 1)]

50 C. is 1.5 mm. and low. Left base of A1 is sharply higher than base of first T in STATES. Right bases of A and R in AMERICA are higher than bases of M and I. Line 3 of stripe 4 extends to crossbar 2. Diverging stripe 6 and two small tines off stripe 4. A-A is 0.5 mm.
