Date is 8.5 mm. Star 13 barely misses touching curl.

Rev. L Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-0, BEM(2.5, 1)]

50 C. is 1.25 mm. and high. Fine defect lines usually visible between left wing and E in motto. Several fine die cracks encircle reverse contiguous to legend, etc. Stripes 3 and 5 each have 1 line to crossbar 2. A-A less than 0.25 mm.
