Date is 8.0 mm. and well centered. Stars are sharp and close to milling. NO DIE CRACKS [R1].

Rev. L Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-3, BEM(2, -1)]

50 C. is 1.5 mm. and well centered. 5 has a short top with upturned tip. Base of second T in STATES is higher than A and E. Inner border of shield on left extends into feathers at bottom. Arrowheads are separated and the lower one is recut at upper back side near shaft. A-A is slightly less than 0.5 mm.
