Obv. 11 Star Positions: [S7-2(2)_S8(3)_S13(4)_S1(0)]

Date is 7.75 mm. Stars are well formed with sharp detail, except star 8. Stars are well clear of milling. Some points of stars are blunt on ends. Star 10 is recut showing a prominent extra point between the two upper ones. Stars 12 and 13 show lesser signs of recutting. NO DIE CRACKS [R2].

Rev. K Scroll Diagnostics: [IT-2, BEM(3, -2)]

50 C. is 1.25 mm. with a tall 5 that leans to left. A in STATES sharply higher at base than second T. Line 3 of stripe 1 solid to crossbar 3. Sharp center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. A-A is 0.5 mm.
